I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist practicing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and am licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I provide individual psychotherapy through Thomas Jefferson University’s Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior and clinical supervision, consultation, and training through my private practice. My social work practice is grounded in anti-oppressive and social justice frameworks. I believe strongly that even our most maladaptive coping strategies almost always have their origins in experiences of struggle and oppression, rather than innate pathology. With curiosity, empathy, and understanding, we can strengthen our relationships with ourselves, with others, and with the world.
